Qualifications

• Experience: 2-3 years and/or residency preferred.
• Education: DMD or DDS degree from an accredited college.
• License: Current Dentist license in Wisconsin.
• Special Requirements: DEA Controlled Substance license, Nitrous Oxide Monitoring Certificate.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $175k - $225k/year (monthly base + 33% of adjusted production).

Prospering private family dental practice in Green Bay, WI, seeks a General Dentist to join our team. With a staff of 23, we offer the full range of General, Cosmetic, and Implant dentistry across 9 treatment rooms. Our office features up‑to‑date equipment and a strong patient base built on a 5‑star reputation.

We are looking for a motivated dentist, including new graduates, who can thrive in a supportive, family‑based environment. The ideal candidate is level‑headed, has a good work ethic, is team‑oriented, maintains a positive chairside manner, and demonstrates strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operative dentistry, crown & bridge, endodontics, extractions, removable prosthetics, and other services as appropriate.
• Provide comprehensive patient care across all age groups.
• Participate in mentorship and collaborative practice meetings.
