AOG Mechanic (Cincinnati)

Join our client’s Mobile Service Unit (MSU) team as an AOG Mechanic and play a critical role in returning grounded aircraft to service quickly and safely. In this fast-paced, field-based position, you’ll deliver high-quality, on-site maintenance support across a range of business aviation platforms, including Gulfstream, Bombardier, and Cessna aircraft. Key Responsibilities Deploy rapidly to AOG events and perform on-site maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve aircraft discrepancies in accordance with FAA and OEM standards. Communicate clearly with customers to manage expectations and timelines. Accurately document all maintenance activities in internal systems. Maintain readiness of assigned MSU vehicle, tools, and inventory. Deliver professional, high-quality customer service on-site. Ensure strict adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills. Experience with maintenance tracking systems (e.g., CAMP, Corridor, Airtable). Ability to work independently in remote or field environments. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and travel as needed. Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various conditions. 8 days on / 6 days off schedule for work-life balance. $66 daily per diem for meals and incidental expenses.
