Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Unit Location Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Nights, 12 hours, 36 hours per week Job Description The Registered Nurse will work in a challenging and fast-paced environment, providing patient-centered care focused on safety and positive outcomes. This role includes collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. Responsibilities Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans based on comprehensive patient assessments. Demonstrate leadership through the sharing of knowledge and serving as a clinical resource. Communicate effectively using SBAR and maintain collegial relationships with team members. Exhibit strong time management skills to enhance team performance and support colleagues. Participate in clinical pathways and patient education initiatives. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure 2+ years of experience required. Current Michigan RN license verification is required. BLS certification from AHA is required. Why ARMStaffing?
