Manufacturing Team Leader

TSG – The Sheridan Group, a DC-based strategic communications and public affairs firm, is seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader to oversee small production teams supporting high-impact advocacy and communications projects. In this role, you will manage day-to-day manufacturing operations, coordinate workflows, and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across deliverables. You’ll train and mentor staff, implement process improvements, and track KPIs to meet strict timelines and standards. Working in a collaborative, high-performance culture, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align production with complex policy and public affairs campaigns.
