The ideal candidate will provide high‑quality physical therapy services to individuals with physical impairments, disabilities, or limitations, helping them to achieve their highest level of functional independence. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient goals. Provide direct physical therapy services using evidence‑based practices and techniques. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for improving function and preventing injury. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and prehensive care. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records and documentation.
