What You’ll Do Lead, manage, and coach team members. Oversee daily operations and help customers identify financial needs, offering appropriate products or services. Contribute to the bank’s sales growth by providing an outstanding customer experience and develop consumer and business relationships as a trusted advisor. Lead the sales and sales‑coaching process to achieve individual and team goals. Recruit, hire, manage performance, and support career development of team members. Engage with customers to uncover opportunities to deepen relationships and address financial needs. Identify, schedule, and conduct external business calls to expand customer relationships. Maintain knowledge of product features and benefits, and offer loan solutions that meet borrowers’ goals. Handle complex service issues and coordinate with staff for advanced problem resolution. Process transactions, open accounts, and close loans while ensuring compliance with performance standards. Manage staffing levels to support customer experience and maintain branch facilities. Follow risk management policy and procedures to comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Adhere to standards for punctuality, attendance, and professionalism; travel or relocate as required. Knowledge, Skills & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; college, business, banking, or professional training preferred. At least two years of experience in sales, retail banking, lending, customer service, or operations. Demonstrated advanced lending proficiency and personal computer literacy. Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
