About the Opportunity:

Client is undergoing a significant technology transformation and is seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead several high-priority initiatives across the organization.

This individual will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise technology projects with a strong focus on CRM initiatives, digital transformation, member experience enhancements, business process automation, enterprise applications, systems integrations, and broader IT modernization.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management and stakeholder leadership skills with enough technical understanding to effectively coordinate technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic technology and business initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, timelines, budgets, resources, milestones, and project documentation.
• Establish project governance, success criteria, and reporting processes.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage CRM implementations, enhancements, migrations, integrations, and optimization initiatives.
• Lead projects involving member engagement platforms, workflow/process automation, data management, digital banking technologies, enterprise applications, and system integrations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of business analysts, developers, infrastructure teams, operations, compliance, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Manage third-party technology providers, implementation partners, and system integrators.
• Serve as a primary liaison between technology teams and business stakeholders.
• Partner with executives, department leaders, and project sponsors to ensure technology initiatives align with organizational objectives.
• Provide project status reporting, dashboards, risk updates, and milestone reporting to leadership.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews.
• Drive consensus and decision-making across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support change management, communication, training, and user adoption associated with technology implementations.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies based on project requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, governance, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing technology-focused projects.
• Demonstrated experience delivering CRM, enterprise application, systems integration, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience coordinating cross-functional technology and business teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience developing project schedules, managing budgets/resources, and tracking project performance.
• Strong risk, issue, dependency, and change management experience.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management/delivery tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Highly Preferred:

• Experience within Credit Unions, Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech.
• Experience leading CRM projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with digital banking systems, loan origination platforms, online banking applications, and member service technologies.
• Experience managing vendor contracts, SOWs, third-party technology providers, and implementation partners.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.

Ideal Candidate:

The strongest candidate will be a hands-on Technology Project Manager who has successfully led CRM and digital transformation programs within financial services and can independently manage multiple technology workstreams while communicating effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
