Regional Nurse Consultant | Full-Time Travel in Oklahoma | Experience Required Bridges Health, Oklahoma's only 100% Employee-Owned Facility Management Company, is seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse (RN) to be our new Regional Nurse Consultant (RNC)! Responsibilities and Purpose Conducts audits of facility systems to support survey readiness, Medicare compliance, and quality resident care initiatives. Conducts facility rounds to observe care practices and provide guidance and support to staff as appropriate. Maintains organized records of facility visits, observations, and recommendations that are accessible to facility and corporate staff. Serves as a resource for facility administrative staff by responding to questions and assisting with operational concerns as requested. Requirements Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) License. Previous experience as a Director of Nursing (DON). 2+ years of experience in a Long Term Care environment. A comprehensive understanding of the Medicaid/Medicare programs and extensive knowledge of current federal and state regulations. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Ability to travel, including occasional overnight stays as needed. We offer competitive pay relative to experience.
