HR Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support a wide range of HR functions and help deliver a positive employee experience throughout the organization. This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys variety in their day, values confidentiality, and is looking to grow their knowledge in HR. What You'll Do Recruiting and hiring support, including job postings, applicant screening, interview coordination, and onboarding activities New hire orientation and employment documentation Personnel file maintenance and employment verifications Benefits enrollment support and open enrollment administration Payroll support, including wage garnishments and payroll review activities HR reporting, recordkeeping, and compliance activities Special projects, process improvement initiatives, and general HR support Front desk administrative support as needed Required Qualifications 1-2 years of Human Resources experience Experience in areas such as recruiting, payroll, benefits, leave administration, coordinator-level HR work, or generalist responsibilities Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information Ability to successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including background checks and E-Verify #J-18808-Ljbffr Achieve Services, Inc.
