Description: We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The technologist will be responsible for scrubbing, passing supplies, and setting up and taking down the procedure room. The department features 6 labs with a typical caseload of 20-30 cases per day. Common diagnoses include vascular and neuro procedures, as well as drains and lines. The charting system used is EPIC, and equipment includes Philips monitors. A Charge RN is available on each shift from 07:30 to 17:00, who does not take patients but facilitates cases and cover lunches. Scheduling includes 9-hour shifts, 4 days per week. Weeknight and weekend call requirements exist, with a response time of 30 minutes. Floating between different departments is not required. Scrub color and dress code will be provided. Unit specific orientation lasts 3-5 days in the lab. This position is based in an acute care setting.
