We're hiring a Hospice Liaison who wants a strong base salary, performance-based earning potential, and the opportunity to build meaningful healthcare relationships while helping more patients and families access hospice services.

You'll step into a field-based healthcare sales and business development role focused on developing referral relationships, increasing hospice admissions, and serving as a trusted liaison between healthcare providers, community partners, prospective families, and the hospice team. You'll have the autonomy to manage your territory while building a strong referral network throughout the community.

What makes you a great fit

• You have experience working within healthcare
• Hospice, home health, long-term care, acute care, or related healthcare experience is welcome
• Sales and marketing experience is preferred
• Hospice or home health sales experience is highly desirable
• You're comfortable developing new referral sources and conducting external sales calls
• You have strong communication and relationship-building skills
• You're organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable independently managing a territory

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $80,000$85,000 annually
• Monthly referral bonuses based on qualified admissions
• 69 qualified admissions: $100 per admission
• 1013 qualified admissions: $200 per admission
• 1418 qualified admissions: $250 per admission
• 19+ qualified admissions: $275 per admission
• $1,000 one-time payment after 90 days for eligible new hires in good standing

Referral bonuses are based on qualified admissions. Readmissions do not qualify. A qualified admission must remain active for more than 10 calendar days and cannot be determined by executive leadership to present a significant Medicare hospice cap or reimbursement concern.
