Junior Graphic Designer

Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and the ability to bring ideas to life through various mediums. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our senior designers and project managers to develop visual concepts and designs that align with our clients' needs and brand identity. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives Create and present design concepts and mock-ups to clients for approval Design and produce various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and social media graphics Develop and maintain brand standards and guidelines Assist with photo and video shoots for marketing purposes Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design skills and techniques Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of projects Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company A dynamic and supportive work environment The chance to work on a diverse range of projects and collaborate with a talented team of professionals If you are a creative and driven individual with a passion for design, we would love to hear from you.
