Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in office administration, billing, finance, bookkeeping, or related responsibilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
• Take ownership of their responsibilities and demonstrate pride in their work
• Are self-motivated and proactive
• Follow through on commitments and consistently meet deadlines
• Adapt effectively to changing priorities and organizational needs
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills
• Communicate respectfully and collaborate positively with others
