We are seeking a highly dependable and trustworthy professional to support both administrative functions and Distribution Center (DC) operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who is not afraid to step onto the warehouse floor when operational support is needed. Absolute integrity, discretion, and initiative are essential. This position plays a critical role in handling confidential information, supporting invoicing and data-driven processes, and assisting operational teams as needed. Training will be provided for any required Distribution Center floor activities

Key Responsibilities Administrative & Data Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties with the highest level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion (zero tolerance for gossip)
• Support invoicing and financial documentation using complex and data-heavy systems
• Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively for data tracking, reporting, reconciliation, and analysis
• Prepare presentations and summaries using Microsoft PowerPoint as needed
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports
• Exercise sound judgment and independent decision-making in daily responsibilities

Distribution Center Operational Support

• Provide hands-on support on the Distribution Center floor as operational needs arise
• Assist with various operational tasks to support workflow, productivity, and service levels
• Work in a non-environmentally controlled warehouse environment as required
• Collaborate closely with DC leadership and floor associates to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a safety-focused mindset while supporting operational activities

Required Qualifications

• Proven administrative experience in a professional environment
• Exceptional integrity, honesty, and dependability
• Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; working knowledge of PowerPoint
• Comfort working within complex, data-intensive systems
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent judgment, initiative, and decision-making abilities
• Willingness and ability to assist on the Distribution Center floor as needed
• Strong work ethic and reliability in attendance and performance

Preferred Qualifications

• JD Edwards (JDE) experience or familiarity with ERP systems
• Prior experience in a distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
