Residential Engagement Specialist: Crisis Support

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, at the St. Patrick Center, seeks an Engagement Specialist for the Caritas St. Matthews off-site location. This part-time role focuses on front-line engagement, safety monitoring, and crisis response on a residential campus. The position is 24/7, requires Saturday/Sunday availability in either 7:00–15:00 or 15:00–23:00 shifts, with potential monthly rotation, and starts at $18 per hour.
