Senior Manager, Compliance

Encompass Health seeks a Senior Manager, Compliance to lead and enhance our healthcare compliance program supporting inpatient rehabilitation and post-acute services. In this role, you will oversee regulatory adherence, conduct risk assessments and audits, and guide implementation of policies aligned with CMS, OIG, HIPAA, and Joint Commission standards. You will investigate concerns, deliver staff training, and advise leaders on complex compliance issues, strengthening a culture of integrity, patient-centered care, and continuous improvement within a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.
