SpeedPro South Jersey is looking for a creative, energetic, and customer-focused Client Services Coordinator who enjoys working with people and developing creative solutions that help businesses stand out.

Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, outgoing, organized, and motivated, with excellent listening and communication skills and a genuine desire to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.

In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for current and prospective clients, helping guide projects from the initial conversation through production and delivery. You’ll work with customers by phone, email, in person, and at their place of business to understand their goals, develop solutions, prepare estimates, coordinate projects, and build long-term relationships.

You’ll also have the opportunity to provide creative and design direction, helping clients bring their ideas to life and reinforce their brands through custom visual communications.

Position Responsibilities
· Serve as a primary point of contact for current and prospective customers via phone, email, walk-ins, and in-person meetings
· Listen to customers’ needs and recommend creative visual communication solutions that help them achieve their goals
· Prepare estimates and work orders, with on-the-job training provided
· Coordinate customer projects from initial inquiry through production and delivery
· Communicate with customers throughout the project to ensure expectations, timelines, and requirements are clearly understood
· Follow up with prospects and customers to help turn opportunities into long-term client relationships
· Provide customers with creative and design direction to help strengthen and maintain their brands
· Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
· Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to business development and marketing initiatives
· Play an active role in the continued growth and success of SpeedPro South Jersey

Ideal Qualifications
· 2–3 years of customer service, sales, account management, administration or related experience preferred
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Outgoing, responsive, professional, and eager to learn
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships
· Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills
· Strong attention to detail and follow-through
· Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and in person
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while producing high-quality work
· Interest in design, branding, marketing, signage, or visual communications is a plus
