Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for our Medical/Surgical unit. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health management and care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have an active RN license in Tennessee.
• BLS certification is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience is preferred.
• Experience in critical care thinking is advantageous.
