The Role: More Than Just a Drive As a key player in our Mobile Service division, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customers who value their time. Your mission is to provide a seamless, \"white-glove\" experience from the moment you grab the keys to the final follow-up. What You’ll Do: The Journey: Safely transport customer vehicles to and from the dealership for service. The Connection: Communicate directly with customers to coordinate timing and provide updates. The Eye for Detail: Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure quality. The Extra Mile: Use your downtime to help the service team schedule appointments and follow up with customers to ensure they’re thrilled with their experience. The Brand Ambassador: Keep our service vehicles pristine and represent the J. Allen name with professionalism. What You Bring to the Table A Clean Track Record: You have a valid driver’s license and a history of safe driving. People Skills: You’re a \"pro\" at communication—whether it's a friendly chat at a customer's front door or a clear professional email. Problem-Solving Power: You can think on your feet and navigate logistics with ease. Tech Savvy: Comfortable with computers and scheduling software. Experience: A high school diploma or GED is required; if you have 1–2 years of experience in customer service or logistics, that’s a major plus!
