Senior Occupancy Planner

* Develop and implement comprehensive occupancy plans and move sequencing strategies for designated regional portfolios* Leverage interior design expertise to create space assignments and reallocations that balance functional requirements with aesthetic considerations* Conduct scenario planning and space utilization analysis to maximize productivity and workspace efficiency* Ensure planning alignment with corporate guidelines while enforcing space policies, standards, and design protocols* Apply interior design principles to negotiate space transfers between business units and demonstrate changes in block plan format* Conduct building audits in partnership with local onsite teams to verify employee locations, furniture layout, and room configurations* Utilize AutoCAD proficiency to create test-fits, space layouts, and square footage calculations that optimize both function and design* Recommend innovative design solutions that accommodate dynamic workforce needs and emerging workplace trends* Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, Design, or related field* **Minimum 8+ years of experience** in occupancy planning, space management, or facility management* **Background in interior design** with demonstrated experience applying design principles to corporate workspace planning* Proven track record of managing enterprise-level occupancy planning programs* Experience in corporate real estate portfolio management preferred* Advanced proficiency in occupancy planning software and IWMS/CAFM platforms (OpenSpace or similar)* **Strong AutoCAD skills** for block planning, space layout documentation, and design development* Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (pivot tables, vlookup, complex calculations)* Experience with space utilization analysis, reporting, and data management processes* Knowledge of office space measurement standards: BOMA, IFMA, or RICS* Familiarity with workplace strategy concepts and space optimization methodologies* Understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and furniture layout optimization* Knowledge of workplace design trends and their impact on occupancy planning* Ability to balance aesthetic considerations with functional space requirements* Experience with design software and space planning toolsAt JLL, we give you the opportunity, knowledge and tools to own your success, because we value what makes each of us unique.
