Details Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting within a hospital 12-hour night shifts, 3 days per week (7p-7a) 36 hours per week Float as needed, including to a nearby sister hospital No on-call requirements Uses Epic EMR Requirements Active NJ or compact RN license required Current BLS certification required Current NRP certification required RNC-NIC certification preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level III or IV NICU required Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred Additional Information Perform comprehensive assessments across all growth and development stages appropriate to the NICU population Deliver competent, direct patient care in support of the unit's care delivery model Maintain complete and accurate documentation of nursing care and patient progress Follow National Patient Safety Goals, including Universal Protocol and two-patient identifier verification Promote a patient- and family-centered care environment while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality Local candidates accepted American Traveler Job ID P-742397.
