Table Games Floor Supervisor

SUMMARY:

Supervise dealers in assigned pit section. Maintain the highest standards of customer service, game protection and integrity in the Table Games department.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manages gaming activities for assigned section of pit
  • Rates players, maintains proper table banks and ensure integrity of games
  • Communicate with customers to answer questions and resolve dispute
  • Implement all Casino procedures relating to Table Games operations
  • Perform special assignments as assigned by Table Games Director or Shift Manager
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Perform basic computer duties
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Three years experience working as a Table Games employee in a Casino with live house banked games with similar betting limits and at least one year's experience as a dual rate supervisor/dealer or higher.
  • Knowledge of roulette, blackjack and Pai Gow.
  • Ability to work effectively with coworkers and the public
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Knowledge of effective money handling procedures
  • Ability to make change and mentally perform basic math calculations
  • Skilled in resolving customer and Team Member relation issues
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills
EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or GED (required)

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background investigation, and maintain a Pauma Gaming Commission License.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: (*Constantly, Frequently, Occasionally)
  • Constantly walking and standing
  • Constant hearing, seeing and talking
  • Constantly balancing, bending, reaching, twisting, holding, wrist motion, and stooping
WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment
  • Close spaces while working with others
  • Excessive noise and smoke
