Location: Port Charlotte, FL

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00/hour, based on experience

We are seeking detail-oriented Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Port Charlotte. This role is responsible for performing mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations on precision aerospace components and systems. Successful candidates will work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and workmanship. Duties are modeled after industry-standard aerospace manufacturing assembly practices.

• Assemble mechanical and/or electrical components according to engineering drawings, blueprints, work instructions, and specifications.
• Use hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment to complete assembly tasks.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Perform rework, adjustments, and modifications as needed.
• Read and interpret assembly procedures, routing information, and technical documentation.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• Experience using basic hand tools and measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with precision.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Suzy, FL.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
