Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Providers will perform adult physicals, annual well-woman exams, chronic disease management, and pain case management, while focusing on preventive care, wellness, and long-term health outcomes. Additional responsibilities include conducting in-office minor surgical procedures such as skin lesion and skin tag removal, biopsies, wound care, and abscess treatment.
