Job DescriptionWho You AreAs the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) you will guide leadership within assigned business groups to align HR strategies with organizational objectives. You are a strategic advisor and operational partner, supporting leaders and employees in the areas of performance management, talent development, succession planning, employee relations, workforce planning, engagement, and compliance. You also ensure HR initiatives drive business results while fostering a positive and compliant work environment. How It’s DoneStrategic PartnershipPartner with leadership to understand business goals and develop strategic plans to support current and future organizational needsLead workforce planning initiatives, including proactive hiring strategies to support growth and evolving business demandsDrive succession planning processes, including talent reviews and retirement planningSupport organizational restructures and reorganizations, including workforce impact analysis and change supportTalent Management & DevelopmentLead the performance management process, including objective setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plansPartner with leaders to assess employee capabilities and implement individual development plans aligned with business needsSupport Intern/Co-op hiring and program initiatives for assigned business groups.Approve and track tuition reimbursement requestsCollaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talentProvide insight into market competitiveness, industry trends, and compensation alignment.Support strategic hiring decisions and workforce forecastingEmployee Relations & ComplianceCoach managers and leaders on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, and performance concernsConduct workplace investigations and provide recommendations to leadershipManage terminations and conduct exit interviews; analyze trends and provide actionable insights.Partner with Benefits to facilitate ADA accommodations as neededReview contractor exceptions (family member employment, etc.) and evaluate Motor Vehicle Record exceptions in coordination with Risk ManagementMaintain strong working knowledge of employment laws and ensure compliance with applicable regulationsEmployee EngagementSupport employee engagement survey administration, communications, and action planning with leadershipSupport employee engagement activities and recognition programs to enhance culture and retentionHR Operations & ReportingEnsure HRIS data accuracy, including job titles, departments, and organizational structuresProvide relevant workforce data and reporting to business leaders and present key updates in HR team meetingsLead and support continuous improvement initiatives related to HR processes and programsWhat You NeedBachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum five years of experience in Human Resources, partnering with leadership on strategic initiativesIt’s Your MoveJoining FANUC means becoming part of a team that values your unique perspective and encourages continuous learning and collaboration.
