The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values cleanliness and organization, and is eager to contribute to the success of our culinary offerings.Part-time, $19.00 -$22.00 an hour depending on experienceResponsibilities:Follow recipes, considering special dietary needs and nutritional requirements.Consistently prepare menu items to the highest standards.Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and appearance, including uniform care.Create daily lunch and dinner specials in line with club standards.Embrace a flexible schedule, including working Sundays and Mondays.Availability to work nights, (few late-night shifts, typically ending around 9:30-10:00 p.m.) weekends, and holidays.Assist the Executive Chef as directed and assume additional responsibilities.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of culinary experience in a high-volume professional kitchen.Team player with a positive attitude and passion for the culinary arts.Excellent multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.Knowledge of and adherence to sanitation practices and procedures.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Strong organizational skills for accurate and timely work.Effective communication with colleagues and managers.Creativity in food preparation is highly encouraged.Ability to work at various banquet stations when required (omelet station, carving station, sauté station, etc.)High school level education or equivalent.Legally authorized to work in the United States.If you're a seasoned Line Cook ready to step into a leadership role, we invite you to apply and be part of our vibrant team, which is dedicated to providing an exceptional culinary experience for our members.
