As a Travel Experience Specialist, you will help coordinate personalized travel arrangements and provide guidance that supports clients throughout their planning journey using a flexible virtual work structure.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, staying organized, and learning about destinations and travel options while developing professional skills within the travel services industry. Training resources and ongoing support are available to help you get started.

Responsibilities Include

• Support clients with organizing travel components such as accommodations, flights, cruises, and excursions
• Review traveler preferences to help identify suitable trip options
• Share helpful suggestions that enhance overall travel plans
• Communicate with clients through digital platforms and occasional phone interaction
• Work with approved travel partners to finalize reservation details
• Stay aware of seasonal promotions and supplier updates
• Maintain accurate records of client travel arrangements
• Assist travelers as they move through various stages of their trip preparation

Candidate Qualifications

• Interest in helping others plan meaningful travel experiences
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage planning details in an organized manner
• Comfortable working independently in an online environment
• Basic familiarity with computer tools and internet research
• Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another eligible region
