We are currently hiring for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant on behalf of one of our valued clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working in a professional office environment while supporting meaningful day-to-day operations.

Schedule & Pay

• Part-Time: 2025 hours per week
• Pay: $13+/hour

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide administrative support to office staff and assist with daily office operations
• Assist with creating fundraising campaigns within the organizations software system
• Prepare and distribute monthly statements via email
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking, reporting, and mailings
• Perform data entry, document preparation, and organization of information
• Assist with fundraising and administrative projects as assigned
• Work closely with team members to provide support across departments
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
• Complete additional clerical and administrative duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Comfortable learning and using new software systems
• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Previous administrative or office experience preferred
