As an extension of sales, we are strategic partnerscollaborating closely with our team to understand and address the unique needs of each customer.

As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for our customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of financing programs and driving value at every step. You'll:

• Provide prompt, accurate, and consistent support that meets or exceeds quality metrics.
• Shepherd transactions through each stage of the sales processfrom credit decisions to agreement creation and data gathering.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth transactions and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers on the leasing process and execute tailored solutions that add value.
• Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor, consulting on services and capabilities that benefit the customer.
• Partner with sales teams to propose strategic recommendations and support customer programs throughout the agreement lifecycle.
• Serve as a technical expert in rate calculations and system processes.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for customers, helping their businesses grow efficiently.
• Act as an extension of our customer's organization, delivering solutions with professionalism and care.

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of customer relationship or financial services experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to navigate multiple systems.
