In collaboration with anesthesiologists CRNAs develop and implement anesthesia care plans including induction maintenance and emergence based on pre-operative assessments. Job Description No call holidays or weekends•8 or 10 hour shifts 0700-1530 or 0700-1730•Supervised by Pediatric Anesthesiologist•Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 1-15•Average Number of Pain Management Cases: 0•Trauma Level/Designation: Level 1 Trauma Center•Annual ER Volume: OR volume – 13000 cases per year•Description of OR Staff: physician anesthesiologist CRNA Nursing staff•Number of Operating Rooms: 11 ORs at main 4 at south and medical imaging/IR coverage as well•Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days Compensation and Benefits: Salary up to 325k/yr based on experience 0-2 2-5 5•Sign-on bonus based on commitment•Potential for incentive bonus yearly•CME/PTO 0-5 291 hours 5 331 hours•Excellent benefits•CME 3500 annually•401k with match•Mega backdoor Roth option•Deferred compensation plan Qualifications:•Bachelor of Science in Nursing BSN•Graduation from an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program•Current CRNA certification•Licensure in the State of Ohio•PALS certification•Strong communication customer service and basic computer skills•Excellent manual dexterity and physical/emotional stamina Preferred:•1–3 years of neonatal and/or pediatric experience



Schedule Varied, 8 or 10 hour shifts (0700-1530 or 0700-1730). Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays
