PT - Physical Therapist

Day shift, 40 hours per week, guaranteed work week. This position includes a 25-mile float radius with drive time compensated. Job Description The selected candidate will work in a skilled nursing facility setting, providing high-quality care to residents. This role requires dedication and commitment to the well-being and rehabilitation of patients in a nurturing and supportive environment. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans. Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must possess a valid nursing license. Candidates who are new graduates or nursing assistants will not be considered for this position.
