Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)Location: Massachusetts Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMJob SummaryA full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker is needed to provide telehealth therapy services for clients throughout Massachusetts. The LICSW will complete assessments, provide therapy, document care, and track client progress over time. This position is designed for a licensed clinician who can work independently while still communicating clearly with clients and care partners. The remote setting allows you to focus on clinical work while maintaining a regular Monday through Friday schedule.ResponsibilitiesDeliver therapy sessions through a secure virtual platformComplete intake evaluations and clinical assessmentsCreate treatment plans with measurable client goalsHelp clients manage emotional, behavioral, and social challengesKeep clear and timely clinical records
