Charge RN - MedSurg, Oncology

Overview Sign‑on Bonus Available – Charge Nurse MedSurg, Oncology, Full Time. Days 7a‑7p. Piedmont Augusta – Main Campus. Responsibilities Coordinate the delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle, as well as operational issues during the shift. Provide clinical care as needed when census demands. Communicate patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to the appropriate leaders. Serve as a resource for guidance and assistance to the staff. Qualifications Graduate of a nursing program. One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting (minimum). Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License. BLS certification required. Preferred: two or more years of hospital nursing experience; Bachelor’s degree; advanced certification in specialty if applicable; demonstrated clinical competency.
