RN MRMC - Med/Surg/Tele - 24 hr days

Exemption Status: Non-Exempt Hiring Range: $37.75 - $79.52 (final offer may vary within this range based on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations). Schedule Details: Holidays – Every Other Holiday, Sunday through Saturday. Weekends – Every Other Weekend. Scheduled Hours: 6:45am – 3:15pm. Shift: 1 – Day Shift, 8Hours. Hours: 24. Responsibilities Utilizes the Nursing Process for the delivery and management of patient’s care from Admission to Discharge, appropriate to the developmental age of the patient population. Performs patient assessment/reassessment according to standard procedure. Develops and coordinates individual plan of care including discharge planning. Directs, supervises, coordinates and evaluates nursing care within assigned clinical setting. Delegates appropriately to others in accordance with job description and competency level. Qualifications Current Massachusetts nursing licensure and registration (RN). BLS certification within 30 days of hire. ACLS certification required in select areas (Gannett, MP1, ICU, ED, Cath Lab, Endo, IR, PACU, Float Pool) within 6months or first scheduled course offering, whichever is sooner. PALS certification required in select areas (PACU, ED) within 6months or first scheduled course offering, whichever is sooner. NRP Advanced Provider certification required in select areas (Maternity) within 6months or first scheduled course offering, whichever is sooner. Completed education and experience that demonstrates proficiency in the disciplines of nursing may be acceptable in place of required certifications. Bachelor of Science in Nursing is highly preferred. Milford Regional Addendum Current Massachusetts nursing licensure and registration (RN). BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
