Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated RN to join their inpatient behavioral health team. This is a unique opportunity to provide clinical care to patients in a supportive and challenging setting.

As a Clinical Nurse in the Psychiatric Unit, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients with dual diagnoses. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the safety and well-being of those in your care.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the inpatient behavioral health unit
• Utilize de-escalation techniques to manage challenging situations effectively
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility policies and procedures
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Current RN License and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required
• Active current Ohio RN license required
• Preferred: De-escalation (Welle or CPI) training
