Job Title: Registered Nurse

Shift: 12H Nights

Hours per Shift: 12 hours (7 PM - 7 AM), Rotating weekends and holidays

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience

License: Valid state license (WV or compact state)

Certifications: BLS, ACLS

Must-Have: EPIC experience required

Description:

Provide nursing care in a telemetry unit.

Perform assessments, catheter care, and wound management.

Manage care for diverse patient populations.

Adhere to safety protocols and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

Utilize EPIC for charting and documentation.

Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.

Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5.

Floating to other units may be required, including the telemetry unit.

Ensure a high standard of care in an acute care setting.
