Acclaimed New York City-based restaurant group Quality Branded (Don Angie, Bad Roman, Quality Meats) comes to Los Angeles with the second location of a smash success Midtown Manhattan restaurant concept. Quality Branded has sustained success in Manhattan and Denver over the past 20+ years; restaurateur Michael Stillman and the team are thrilled to add a buzzy, maximalist restaurant to the lively Beverly Hills neighborhood.

Quality Branded is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team of Bad Roman LA Our teams must embrace a guest-first approach to service, thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and take great pride in the space they work in.

All of our managers are actively engaged and present on the floor for all of service. Outside of service, our AGMs are focused on overseeing the Server team including scheduling, hiring and training, plus coordination of a la carte Large Parties and Prix Fixe Menus. The AGMs work closely with the GMs on FOH management team development and retention, and maintaining our service standards that focus on generosity, acknowledgement, flexibility and efficiency for our guests.

Candidate must have:

• 3+ years experience as an AGM or Floor Manager 
• High volume experience, 300+ nightly covers
• Stable work history showing progressive growth
• Passion for hospitality with a positive, flexible and hard-working mindset
