As a Swing Manager, you aren’t just "working a shift"—you’re running the show. You’ll be the heartbeat of the restaurant, ensuring our crew stays motivated and our customers get the "Gold Standard" experience every single time.

• Leading the Charge: Taking ownership of your shift, hitting speed-of-service targets, and keeping the energy high.

• Coaching the Pros: Mentoring our crew members and helping them level up their skills.

• Quality Inspector: Ensuring every burger and fry is hot, fresh, and perfect.

• Safety Champion: Maintaining a squeaky-clean environment and following all safety protocols to a T.

• Problem Solver: Turning guest concerns into "wow" moments with a positive attitude.

We need a leader who is ready to hit the ground running. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Certification: You must have completed the McDonald’s Management Development Program (MDP) or an equivalent internal leadership certification.

• Leadership Experience: At least 6+ months as a Crew Trainer or Shift Lead (we want someone who knows the ropes!).

• A "Can-Do" Attitude: You can think on your feet, stay calm during a lunch rush, and keep the team focused.

• Communication Skills: You’re great at giving clear directions and checking in with your team.

• Physical Stamina: You’re ready to be on your feet and can handle lifting 30–50 lbs when the stock truck arrives.
