This medical center is part of a well-established regional healthcare network serving northwest Arkansas, operating multiple emergency department locations across the surrounding communities. The facility maintains a 14-27 bed department and is designated as a Level 3 trauma center, providing comprehensive emergency care services with strong provider support across all locations.

Opportunity:
Advanced Practice - Physician Assistant

Job Details:

• Provide emergency department services across multiple facility locations in the northwest Arkansas region
• Providers must be willing to work all shift times across assigned locations
• Patient encounter rate of approximately 2 patients per hour
• Must hold an active Arkansas medical license - no other state licenses accepted
• Board certification required through NCCPA, ANCCA, or AANP
• ACLS and PALS certifications required - must be obtained through either the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NRP certification required and must be maintained at all times
• Provider must reside 90 or more miles from the facility
• All providers must be credentialed and enrolled prior to start date
• CAQH Questionnaire must be completed by all providers prior to start
• Estimated credentialing timeframe is 120 days
• Must provide active license number, active state DEA number, and current contact information upon bidding
• Provider must be contracted with the agency prior to placing a bid
• Assignment start date: November 1, 2026 - Ongoing

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
