Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Support performance management and employee development.
• Assist with benefits administration, payroll, and leave management.
• Address employee concerns and promote positive employee relations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Support HR reporting and data analysis.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR experience through education and/or hands-on experience.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and employee relations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems preferred.
