Description: The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical setting. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in assessing and managing patient needs. Effective communication skills are essential for collaboration with healthcare teams. Nurses will monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatments. Candidates must be committed to maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment. The ability to educate patients and families on health management is required. Strong organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple priorities are necessary. This position requires participation in professional development and continuing education. Nurses will adhere to all institutional policies and procedures. The role demands a compassionate approach to patient care. Candidates will participate in quality improvement initiatives.
