Role Description The Leadership Development Associate will be responsible for supporting initiatives related to leadership training, team development, and organizational growth strategies. Daily responsibilities include conducting training sessions, identifying leadership opportunities, and assisting in financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mandeville, LA. Qualifications Proven Leadership Development skills with experience in mentoring, coaching, and team-building Strong Communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Analytical Skills and problem-solving to drive effective decision-making Foundational knowledge or experience in Finance and budgeting processes Experience in Training and facilitating workshops or development programs Ability to adapt quickly, work collaboratively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Leadership, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
