Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring an Industrial Service Coordinator & Dispatcher for a well-established industrial service company that is moving operations from Everett to Marysville, WA . This is a key operational role responsible for coordinating technicians, managing service schedules, supporting customers, and ensuring efficient service delivery. Training will take place in Everett with the long-term role in their Marysville location. Compensation & Benefits Pay: $24 - $27 per hour, DOE Full-time position Monday–Friday schedule Opportunity to join a stable and growing organization Professional, team-oriented work environment Key Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch technicians to service locations based on priority, location, skillset, and availability Receive and manage incoming customer calls and emails requesting service Schedule, update, and adjust technician routes in real time to maximize efficiency and meet service timelines Enter and maintain accurate service requests, job updates, and completion details within company systems Monitor technician status throughout the day and provide customer updates as needed Communicate job details, schedule changes, directions, and parts information to technicians Escalate urgent service issues and scheduling conflicts to management when necessary Support technicians with job information, rescheduling, and coordination with other departments Maintain accurate customer records and enter customer and job-related data into company databases Prepare work orders, complete invoices, maintain service agreements, and process warranty registrations and claims Review customer requirements and assist with project documentation and bid package support Coordinate with the Purchasing Department regarding required parts and materials Review completed work for accuracy and completeness Track project issues and facilitate timely resolution Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt, accurate, and thorough follow-up Assist with customer inquiries and return phone calls and emails in a timely manner Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 1–4 years of experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, service coordination, or administrative support roles Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management and prioritization abilities Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping Ability to solve problems quickly and adapt to changing priorities Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and remain self-motivated Experience with scheduling systems, dispatch software, or service management platforms preferred Two or more years of parts sales or related industry experience preferred Mechanical aptitude or technical knowledge of pumps, industrial equipment, or related industries is a plus Strong customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Proven reliability and dependability Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to learn new software systems, processes, and technical information Work Environment On-site position in Marysville, WA Hours: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday Fast-paced service and dispatch environment supporting field technicians and customers Pre-employment background check and drug screen required Express Employment Professionals is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
