ICM Capital Management is an established private real estate lending fund looking to launch and scale a residential mortgage division. We're seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Branch Manager to build this operation from the ground up.
Unlike many mortgage companies that expect managers to bring all of their own resources, we're committed to investing in your success. We'll provide the marketing, operational support, technology, and infrastructure needed to help you build a high-performing team and a scalable platform.

We're looking for a leader who knows how to recruit, develop, and inspire loan officers, implement systems and processes, and create a culture of accountability and growth.
