Certified Shift Manager

About the Position Immediate openings, hiring today. Bilingual applicants encouraged. Pay up to $15.00 per hour based on experience, McDonald’s certifications and availability. This posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the employer, not McDonald’s USA. Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring the team meets McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security and profitability, and preparing the next Shift Manager. Additional responsibilities include: Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older. Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for fast‑paced environment.
