Job Description

Our mission at Mercy Plus is to create equitable and socially valid change for the individuals and families we serve, using evidence-based practices, to maximize each child’s potential. Our BCBA's are responsible for supervising the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services administered to clients by behavior technicians and conducting behavioral assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and training direct staff to ensure treatment fidelity and quality of service.
