Clean Eatz is hiring a Front-of-House Team Member! Our Front-of-House Team helps educate customers about our Meal Plan and Grab N' Go meals, ring out café orders, make smoothies, and support the Meal Plan Team as needed. This role is ideal for an extroverted individual who enjoys customer interaction. Hours vary: daytime shifts (10 a-4 p), evening shifts (4 p-8:30 p), weekend shifts (10 a-3:30 p), with possibility of longer full-day shifts. Minimum hourly wage is $14, often higher with tips. We offer weekly pay and a 401(k) match after one year. Job Description Greeting customers and ringing out their orders. Educating guests on Meal Plan, Grab N' Go, and café offerings. Making smoothies, serving food, and supporting the Meal Plan Team as needed. Performing all duties to maximize guest satisfaction. Key Performance Elements / Essential Functions Work until 8:30 p on weekdays and 3:30 p on weekends. Arrive groomed, maintain personal hygiene at all times. Use, maintain, and clean all equipment, prep, and storage areas. Have sufficient knowledge of menu items and prep procedures. Ensure a harassment-free environment through proper conduct. Uphold food safety and security standards. Complete other job duties as assigned. Respond appropriately in emergency situations. Key Competencies / Characteristics Remain positive and calm under stressful conditions. Use knives, slicing equipment, and other food preparation tools safely. Exhibit a neat, clean, and professional image. Read and understand recipes. Physical Requirements Lifting and carrying 30+ pounds several times per shift. Move and operate in the work area with sufficient mobility. Bend, turn, twist the upper body, and reach up to 10 times per day. Stand and maintain well-paced mobility for long periods.
