Mineral Acquisition Landman

Green Hook Acquisitions is looking to fill a Mineral Acquisition Landman position. The position will be ideally based out of Green Hook's office in Fort Worth, Texas and consist of contacting landowners in multiple basins to negotiate a purchase of their mineral/royalty interests. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Contact mineral owners to negotiate purchasing their mineral/royalty rights. Ability to examine base mineral ownership details (acreage, property description, etc.). Position requires cold calling mineral owners. Job Qualifications 0 to 3 Years Experience in Sales, Acquisitions, or Land a plus, but not a requirement. Skills Ability to utilize and navigate online resources Proficiency in Excel and Word Self-motivated to achieve goals. Comfortable cold calling and talking on the phone with land owners.
