Responsibilities Key partner in developing patient care plans alongside the dentist using AAP guidelines. Manage schedule to allow for comprehensive patient care and education. Expand knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development. Collaborate with other dental team members to provide exceptional patient care. Qualifications Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution. Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
