About the Team TheYield&Monetizationteamisresponsibleformaximizingrevenue,inventoryefficiency,andbusinessgrowthacrossSam'sClub'sadvertisingportfolio.Theteamdevelopsmonetizationstrategies,optimizespricingandinventoryutilization,forecastsadvertisingsupply,evaluatesnewrevenueopportunities,anddeliversbusinessinsightsthatinformstrategicandoperationaldecision-making.Throughacombinationofanalytics,yieldmanagement,andbusinessplanning,theteamhelpsdriveprofitablegrowthandscalablemonetizationacrossadvertisingproductsandchannels. What you'll do InventoryManagement:Owninventorymanagement,includingforecastingandmonitoringinventoryacrossverticalsandAdvertisers. RevenueOptimization:Maximizeadrevenuebyimprovingsell-throughrate,CPMs,andinventoryallocation.Ensuremostefficientuseofavailableinventory. DataAnalysis,Reporting,&Insights:Leveragecampaignperformancedatatoanalyzeandidentifynewwaystomaximizeadrevenueandprovideactionablerecommendationstoguidebusinessstrategyanddecision-making. Cross-FunctionalCollaboration:Findopportunitiesfornewadproducts,formats,andstrategiestoincreaserevenue.ServeasakeystrategicpartnerandthoughtleaderfortheadvertisingbusinessandcollaboratewithSales,ClientSuccess,Measurement,Commercialization,Finance,andTechnologyteams. What you'll bring 5+yearsofprogressivemediaanalyticsexperienceinadigitaladvertisingenvironment. Excellentcommunicator,acrossmultiplelevels/functionswiththeabilitytoinfluenceanddriveaction. Strongwritten,presentation,andverbalcommunicationwiththeabilitytoexpresscomplextopicsclearlyandeasily. Excellentquantitativeandqualitativeproblem-solvingskills,experiencewithfinancialanalysis,forecasting,andmodeling. Experienceindevelopingmonetizationstrategies,inventoryoptimization,andcampaignmanagement. Highlyorganizedandexcellenttimemanagementskillswithafocusonexecution,abilitytojugglemultipleurgentrequests,andprioritizeresponsibilities.
